At Liberte Perfume, we are dedicated to providing you with the finest fragrances that bring you joy and satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with our Returns & Refunds policy.

Returns

We understand that selecting a fragrance is a personal experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your perfume purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the perfume must be in its original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at contact@liberteperfume.ae or call us at +971 56 552 2508 to request a return authorization.
  2. Carefully package the perfume in its original packaging.
  3. Include the return authorization email or note inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the provided return address.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item).

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned perfume, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt and provide further details regarding your refund status. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective perfume, we will be delighted to exchange it for the same product. To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used.
  • Products that are not in their original condition or are damaged.
